Bug Fixes!

Patch Notes:
-Fixed bug causing unresponsive first door. (It now works when approached for a second time)
-Fixed a bug that caused players to fall out of the world in spots where they shouldn't...
-Fixed music persisting from one level to another.
-Fixed problem with final boss fight* (not enough rockets).

*no actual bosses, final or otherwise, were fought at any point in development, beta testing, or post-release play.
